Generate an ongoing list of prospects
Generate new business appointments and learn about prospective client needs
Identify exposures, and create custom programs to eliminate gaps in coverage
Partner with service staff to deliver client presentations
Qualification
Required
Valid Property & Casualty License
Experience working in an insurance brokerage; business to business sales including a track record of success
Strong knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty
Personable and highly motivated to grow personal success
Consultative, positive and resourceful approach to dealing with prospects and clients
Excellent listening skills with strong customer focus
Ability to travel to West Chester, PA 19380
Preferred
Having an established book of business is preferred however not necessary
