This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with strong litigation and counseling experience in trademark and copyright matters, along with demonstrated trial experience.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in trademark and copyright litigation matters in federal courts and before the USPTO
Advise on IP strategy, brand protection, copyright enforcement, and media law issues
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and manage all stages of litigation
Collaborate with a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Qualification

Trademark litigationCopyright litigationTrial experienceJD from recognized law schoolAnalytical skillsClient service orientationOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsTeam collaboration

Required

JD from a nationally recognized law school
4–6 years of relevant experience at a reputable law firm; Am Law 100 experience strongly preferred
Licensed to practice in New York or California
Strong writing and analytical skills with excellent business judgment
Trial and courtroom experience is required
Strong client service orientation and collaborative approach

Preferred

Am Law 100 experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
