Responsibilities
100% outpatient general cardiology; no TEEs, STEMI, cath, or inpatient procedures
Average 15-20 patients per day with longer visit times than traditional models
Responsibilities include stress test reading, Holter interpretation, and CHF clinic support
Close collaboration with PCPs, care managers, health coaches, and transitional care teams
Promote prevention-first care, patient education, and evidence-based cardiac management
Monday-Friday schedule with no call and no weekends
Balanced outpatient workflow with time for consults and follow-up care
Support across multiple clinics as needed
Dedicated time for leadership, collaboration, and care-team coaching
Qualification
Required
Fellowship-trained and Board-Certified/Eligible in General Cardiology
Outpatient-focused physician comfortable with a value-based care model
Ability to collaborate across multiple centers
Commitment to prevention, patient education, and high-quality senior care
