Responsibilities
Maintain proper inventory levels through inventory management software, Sortly
Organize physical inventory to maximize efficiency of order pulling and staging
Stage crew bays with required materials for scheduled jobs including special order items and stocked inventory items
Manage job costing initiative relative to material returns/purchases through JobProgress & Dext which includes: uploading of all receipts, properly identifying assigned job to each item that was purchased or returned
Responsible as the singular contact for all incoming material, equipment, and general question/inquiry requests from field (sales, ops, subcontracting crews)
Schedule material pickups from distribution partners outside of schedule dates
Keep warehouse extremely clean and organized
Qualification
Required
Manage day to day operations of the company warehouse
Demonstrate attention to detail
Demonstrate organization skills
Utilize cutting edge technology
Maintain proper inventory levels through inventory management software, Sortly
Organize physical inventory to maximize efficiency of order pulling and staging
Stage crew bays with required materials for scheduled jobs including special order items and stocked inventory items
