Responsibilities

Source new tenant prospects through canvassing and cold-calling
Field real estate broker and tenant calls
Arrange and conduct tours of suites with prospective office tenants
Negotiate Letters of Intent and Brokerage Commission Agreements
Assist in-house lawyers with negotiation of Office Lease documents
Assist in-house space planning and construction teams with tenant improvement planning process
Provide management with detailed weekly and monthly reports

Required

A dynamic and results-oriented personality
Four-year college degree
California Real Estate Salesperson license
Minimum 5-years of successful track record in the office leasing field

Confidence to work independently, yet within a highly collaborative environment
Knowledge of commercial office leases and ability to prepare and present detailed financial analyses to evaluate transactions
