Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update high volumes of data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
Review data for errors, missing information, and inconsistencies; correct as needed
Communicate discrepancies or data issues to supervisors promptly
Responsible for entering pick tickets and orders in AS400 daily
Maintain internal rate she for ocean shipping contracts
Follow established data entry procedures, naming conventions, and documentation standards
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet daily and weekly goals
Oral and written communication with transportation personnel
Protect confidential and sensitive information in compliance with company policies
Support other administrative tasks related to records management and documentation
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and auditing
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary to support the overall goals and objectives of the position

Qualification

Data EntryMS Office SuiteDocument ManagementCustomer ServiceBasic Technology Support

Required

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of one-year related experience and/or training

Preferred

Previous experience with preparing detailed documents
Basic technology set up support skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite, primarily Word and Excel
Strong data entry skills
