Senior Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities
Partner with marketing stakeholders to define and diagnose business challenges through research and discovery sessions
Evaluate the current MarTech stack and campaign processes to uncover gaps and areas for optimization
Support the development and execution of implementation strategies for new marketing technologies and workflows
Contribute to the design of technology and process solutions that align with business goals, success measures, and operational requirements
Support organizational change efforts by documenting change impact assessments, identifying and mitigating risks, and assisting with communication planning
Qualification
Required
Strong ability to analyze complex business problems, marketing processes, and technology ecosystems
Hands-on experience with marketing technologies in key focus areas: Content Management, Customer Data & Journey Orchestration, and Workflow Optimization
Proficiency in one or more of the following: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Creative Cloud & Firefly Services, Digital Asset Management (DAM), Aprimo, or AEM Assets
Skilled in creating clear, detailed documentation of processes, frameworks, and technical solutions
Familiarity with implementation planning, rollout execution, and the application of change management principles
