Marketing Insights Analyst
Addison Group is seeking a Marketing Insights Analyst due to growth within their team. The role involves collaborating with various marketing teams to analyze data, develop KPIs, create visual reports, and optimize data practices.

Responsibilities
Take data from different systems (DAM, Workfront, etc.) and uncover key insights for workflow improvement and business decisions
Analyze, develop, and design specific KPIs for each marketing division. Reframing their goals and what they define as success according to their data journey
Work with key stakeholders to understanding what insights they are needing to see and create visual reporting
Set governance/best-practices around the data lifecycle (entry, analysis, visuals, reading, etc.)
Helping automate practices, analysis, and reporting on information coming in
Qualification
Required
Data Analysis: Google Analytics
Visualization Tools: Power BI and/or Tableau
Data Research: Quantitative and Qualitative
Report/KPI Building: Communication with MKT teams to look into data stories, define KPIs, and automation
