Responsibilities
Lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and training on IV therapy procedures and patient education
Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and excellence
Conduct thorough client assessments and deliver personalized recommendations by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of IV Nutrition’s products, services, and clinical protocols
Develop and maintain a positive, supportive environment that strengthens customer relationships and promotes a sense of trust, comfort, and safety for both clients and staff
Start IVs, run fluids, and monitor clients throughout their treatment, ensuring safe and effective care
Accurately document all client interactions, treatment plans, and responses to therapies
Ensure that all clinical practices meet professional standards, state regulations, and accreditation requirements
Oversee staff performance, providing feedback, setting goals, and managing career development plans
Address and resolve conflicts within the team promptly and effectively
Stay current on the latest IV therapy and nutrition infusion techniques, and share knowledge with the team
Represent IV Nutrition at off-site activations and community events to drive brand visibility, foster community relationships, and support growth initiatives alongside ownership
Qualification
Required
Registered Nurse (RN): Associate's Degree in Nursing with an active RN license
Minimum of 2 years of vascular access or IV infusion experience
At least 2 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting
Strong IV insertion and monitoring abilities
Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Exceptional customer service and patient care
Ability to mentor and train staff effectively
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds assisted
Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for extended periods
Strong critical thinking, numeric, and communication skills
