Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload (10 - 20) from inception through trial, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Conduct legal research and develop strategies tailored to each client’s goals
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys, clients, and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services
Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness
Qualification
Required
3–10 years of California litigation experience
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to handle cases independently while working as part of a team
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to client service
California Bar admission in good standing
Preferred
Employment defense experience preferred
