Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Oversee monthly closing processes and prepare comprehensive profit and loss reports, including variance analysis by department
Monitor and report on cash flow, providing actionable insights to support financial stability
Track project expenses and completion metrics while maintaining detailed financial records
Prepare and manage budgets for various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Handle intercompany transactions and ensure accurate reporting across multiple entities
Utilize QuickBooks Online for accounting tasks and financial reporting
Implement cost accounting or job costing practices to optimize project profitability
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Lead and mentor a small team to achieve departmental objectives

Required

Bachelor's Degree

Familiarity with cash flow forecasting and management
