Responsibilities
Work with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and other Administrative staff to prepare files for new projects
Create project-specific documents and assist with in-house copy/printing requests
Log and track project contracts, change orders and other documents pertaining to projects and distribute bid documents to trade partners
Update estimating log in CMiC
Maintain project archives and handle requests for retrieval of files when needed
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills that will be utilized to hold discussions with various members of Clune and clients
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
Understanding of team roles and responsibilities, internally and externally
Proven ability to maintain schedule and meet deadlines
Preferred
Bachelor Degree preferred
Knowledge of construction industry preferred
