Responsibilities
Enter and update production, inventory, and raw material data with speed and accuracy
Audit data, identify discrepancies, and correct errors
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Generate reports and summaries for management as needed
Communicate with internal teams to clarify missing or incorrect information
Support daily operations across multiple departments
Handle incoming calls on a multi‐line phone system
Follow GMP, food safety, and company policies
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2–3 years experience in a production/manufacturing environment
Strong data entry skills; high accuracy and attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office and inventory/data programs
Ability to spot patterns, errors, and inconsistencies
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team
Reliable, consistent, and aligned with company values
Lift 50+ lbs
Stand for extended periods
Work safely in a manufacturing environment

Preferred
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite preferred)
