Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize production equipment, tools, and work areas according to company and regulatory standards
Handle and apply cleaning chemicals safely and effectively
Sweep, mop, and pressure wash floors, drains, and walls to maintain a sanitary environment
Remove waste, recyclables, and byproducts from production areas
Document cleaning activities and complete sanitation logs for compliance
Inspect facilities to identify potential sanitation or safety issues
Adhere to all safety procedures and wear proper PPE while performing sanitation tasks
Qualification
Required
GED / High School Diploma
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and follow safety data sheet (SDS) guidelines
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and work on your feet for long periods
Willingness to work in environments that may be hot, cold, or wet
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred
