Senior Manager of Creative Strategy
Our Place is a company dedicated to simplifying home-cooking and celebrating family traditions. They are seeking a passionate, data-driven Senior Manager of Creative Strategy to oversee creative advertising efforts, collaborate with teams, and innovate in the advertising space.

Responsibilities
Oversee the development of all advertising creative from briefing through reporting including jumping in on set
Lead brainstorms with the team to constantly come up with new groundbreaking ideas
Evolve our process to continue to be able to test short-term wins and trends while planning for longer-term launches
Be methodical about testing and learning, creating an experimentation roadmap
Manage the distribution of resources effectively across our different products and priorities
Own and advance creative reporting, ensuring that all relevant team members understand what works and what didn’t, and why
Develop all briefs for outsourced content including content from creators and any agency or production partners
Stay ahead of trends in the space and ensure we’re one of the first to test new formats and styles
Improve efficiency on digital channels to help unlock new scale
Be a cross-functional partner to take learnings from product development, customer experience, retention, and brand and apply those insights to our advertising work
Work with DP and retention teams to bring performance insights and ideas to other workstreams
