Responsibilities
Lead teams rebuilding homes damaged by 2024 natural disasters
Oversee contractors and construction staff to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
Coordinate inspections, resolve site issues, and keep projects on track
Serve as the go-to liaison between homeowners, contractors, and program staff
Qualification
Required
4–6 years in residential construction or project management
Experience supervising contractors and juggling multiple projects
Strong knowledge of building codes, blueprints, and HUD/CDBG-DR standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Must be based in New Mexico or willing to travel 75% (6 weeks on / 2 weeks off)
Preferred
Familiarity with HUD programs (CDBG, HOME, etc.)
Experience with construction or case management software
