Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions, including databases, data warehouses, and data pipelines
Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, functions, and stored procedures for performance and reliability
Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes to ingest data from multiple sources
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across systems
Collaborate with application developers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements
Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues and performance bottlenecks
Implement data security, governance, and compliance best practices
Document data models, processes, and technical designs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)
Advanced SQL development and query optimization skills
Experience with data modeling (dimensional and relational models)
Hands-on experience building ETL pipelines using tools or custom solutions
Familiarity with source control and deployment processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
