Supporting field technicians on project service and installations
Managing quality control and providing fanatical customer service
Taking responsibility for and tracking project progress
Qualification
Required
Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience installing, servicing and programming commercial access control, IP-based video systems and intrusion alarm systems
Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a project lead responsible for complete project management
Must be process oriented, with good communication and organizational skills
Knowledge and practical experience with the internet and networking is essential
Must be able to work independently and resolve problems to our customer's satisfaction
Current certification or proficiency in one of the following is a must: Access Control: Prowatch, Genetec, Software House, Lenel/S2
Current certification or proficiency in one of the following is a must: Video: MaxPro, Axis, ExacqVision, Milestone, Avigilon, Hanwha
Current certification or proficiency in one of the following is a must: Intrusion: DMP, DSC
Must have a clean driving record; pass a background investigation and a drug-test screening
Must also be able to work in both office and outside environments, climb a ladder, use a forklift, and carry boxes weighing 50lbs
High School (or GED) minimum requirement
Preferred
OSHA: 10 or 30 certified
Electronics training from a Technical School or Military training in electronics or communications
