They are seeking an Entry-Level Service Technician to join their Service Team, focusing on pre-installation and device setup for customer locations while assisting with service calls on printers, copiers, and MFPs.

Responsibilities
Perform preflight configurations and physical installation of printers, MFPs, and copiers at customer sites
Assist with overflow service support, performing basic troubleshooting and maintenance on MPS devices
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site and via phone
Keep accurate records of installations and service activity using a company laptop
Collaborate with senior technicians and team leads to gain knowledge and support service excellence
Maintain an organized, stocked, and secure mobile work environment (car stock, tools, etc.)
Qualification
Required
A strong interest in technology and hands-on problem solving
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift and move devices weighing up to 100 lbs
Preferred
Experience is preferred but not required
