The role involves safely operating a bus, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and orderly vehicle while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a bus along assigned routes and schedules
Pick up and drop off passengers at designated stops
Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain a clean and orderly bus
Communicate clearly with passengers and dispatch
Assist passengers as needed, including those with mobility challenges
Report delays, incidents, or mechanical issues promptly

Qualification

Commercial Driver’s LicenseClean driving recordCustomer service skillsCommunication skillsFirst aid CPR training

Required

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

Preferred

Prior bus or commercial driving experience preferred, but not required
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.. A plus
Class A CDL
First aid CPR training
