Responsibilities
Design high-quality marketing materials including brochures, infographics, social media graphics, and digital ads
Create visually compelling and professional PowerPoint presentations for sales, client meetings, and conferences
Develop branded templates and design systems to ensure consistency across all marketing materials
Design email templates, landing pages, and web graphics that align with brand guidelines
Create visual content for case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership materials
Collaborate with team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
Ensure all designs meet brand standards and maintain exceptional attention to detail
Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates
Coordinate with design and development teams to produce marketing materials
Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives
Support the creation of case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership content
Support outbound marketing campaigns targeting tech leaders and decision-makers
Assist with email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools
Help maintain and update CRM data and marketing databases
Track and report on campaign performance metrics
Conduct competitive analysis and market research for target industries
Monitor industry trends, particularly in software development, staffing, and cloud solutions
Compile reports on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
Research potential partnership and collaboration opportunities
Assist with event planning and coordination (trade shows, webinars, conferences like CES)
Support SEO/SEM initiatives and website optimization efforts
Manage marketing collateral inventory and distribution
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed
Maintain organized filing systems for marketing assets and campaign materials
Schedule meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Prepare presentations and reports for leadership review
Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for marketing activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design and marketing, preferably in B2B or technology sector
Proven track record of creating professional presentations and marketing materials
Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and attention to detail
Part-time or freelance design experience welcome
REQUIRED: Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides with ability to create professional, visually engaging presentations
REQUIRED: Advanced graphic design skills using Canva
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visuals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
Experience with CRM systems preferred
Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar) a plus
Understanding of Google Analytics and SEO principles
Experience with Figma or other design collaboration tools a plus
Exceptional attention to detail with pixel-perfect execution
Strong creative vision with ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative perspectives
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
Receptive to feedback with iterative design mindset
Understanding of B2B technology marketing aesthetics and professional design standards

Familiarity with motion graphics or animation
Understanding of print production and file preparation
Experience with brand identity development and design systems
Previous exposure to international markets or UAE business environment
Experience creating infographics and data visualization
