Responsibilities

Support the sales and marketing team with day-to-day activities
Creating slide decks
Social media creatives
Managing inbound leads
Managing paid campaigns
Content creation
Assisting with sales calls
Attending / assisting in exhibitions & trade events
Responding to customer inquiries
Maintaining customer relationships
Participate in sales management tasks
Collaborate on implementing marketing strategies
Contribute to training initiatives to enhance team knowledge and efficiency

Qualification

Required

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Ability to assist in paid marketing campaigns and generating business leads
Knowledge of content creation tools like Canva, CaptionAI etc
Motivated with a proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Prior experience or knowledge in B2B Marketing campaigns is preferred
Relevant educational background or enrollment in a program focused on business, marketing, or related fields is preferred
