Responsibilities
Represent clients in California state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and administrative hearings
Draft complaints, mediation briefs, motions, and class action settlement agreements
Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and support clients through every stage of litigation
Mentor junior attorneys while continuing to grow your own litigation acumen
Work closely with partners to manage and settle cases
Qualification
Required
Skilled litigator with experience in employment law
Experience handling complex employment litigation, primarily focused on wage and hour class actions
Ability to represent clients in California state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and administrative hearings
Experience drafting complaints, mediation briefs, motions, and class action settlement agreements
Experience taking and defending depositions and arguing motions
Ability to mentor junior attorneys
Willingness to work closely with partners to manage and settle cases
Open to candidates from both plaintiff and defense backgrounds
