HR Interview Coordinator
PrimeWave Marketing is a fast-growing sales and marketing firm specializing in direct acquisition and market expansion. They are seeking an HR Interview Coordinator responsible for interviewing and qualifying candidates while managing the hiring process in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Conduct in-person, phone, and Zoom interviews with candidates
Multi-task across interviews, scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate tracking
Qualify applicants based on communication, availability, and role fit
Clearly explain job expectations and company culture
Create solutions quickly when scheduling conflicts or issues arise
Schedule next-round interviews with leadership
Maintain accurate candidate notes and follow-ups
Manage a high volume of interviews while staying organized and positive
Qualification
Required
Recruiting, interviewing, HR, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
Upbeat, professional, and confident communicator
Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, in-person environment
Excellent time management and follow-through
Comfortable speaking with multiple candidates daily
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
