Responsibilities
Lead and grow a national patient recruitment team across multiple sites
Build scalable recruitment strategies that drive consistent enrollment results
Create simple, effective processes, tools, and metrics that teams actually use
Partner closely with site leaders, clinical teams, and executives to support study success
Use data and insight to continuously improve performance and patient experience
Qualification
Required
Experience leading patient recruitment or clinical operations in a multi-site environment
A natural leader who enjoys building teams and developing people
Someone who's both strategic and hands-on — comfortable setting direction and rolling up their sleeves
A collaborative, data-minded professional who thrives in growth-oriented, PE-backed organizations
Candidates must be eligible to work in the US as well as meet the qualifications listed above in order to be considered for the Director of Patient Recruitment job
