They are seeking Quantitative Analysts / Data Scientists with strong software engineering instincts to design and develop shared AI libraries and core infrastructure used firm-wide.

Responsibilities
Design and build reusable AI/ML libraries and internal frameworks
Develop and maintain scalable AI infrastructure (training, deployment, monitoring)
Partner with global stakeholders to standardize AI practices, tooling, and workflows
Translate research and experimentation into production-grade systems
Contribute to architectural decisions for firm-wide AI platforms
Ensure solutions meet high standards for reliability, security, and performance
Qualification
Required
Strong background in data science, quantitative analysis, or applied machine learning
Excellent software engineering skills (Python required; additional languages a plus)
Experience building internal platforms, libraries, or developer tools
Familiarity with ML frameworks, data pipelines, and model lifecycle management
Ability to work in a highly collaborative, global environment
Background from a software or technology company strongly preferred
Preferred
Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, or MLOps
Exposure to large-scale data environments
Experience contributing to shared codebases or open-source projects
