They are seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee construction projects, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality throughout the project duration.

Responsibilities
Maintain quality standards for all aspects of the project
Serve as the leader for all on site safety, managing a safe jobsite for all involved
Foster good working relationships with all subcontractors on the project
Collaborate with project managers and site operation leads
Organize facilities/utilities
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in construction management or similar equivalent experience
Grocery, Light Industrial, Data Center, Distribution/Warehouse, Restaurant and/or Retail Ground Up or Tenant Improvement project experience
Ability to build master schedule from scratch
Experience in Microsoft Office: Excel and ProCore
Must be willing to travel
