Responsibilities
The Outpatient Practice Manager is responsible for the operational, financial, and administrative management of private pay outpatient behavioral health services within the health system
This role ensures high-quality care by overseeing daily operations, optimizing workflows, managing staff, and aligning practice performance with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
The manager serves as a key liaison between clinical teams, administrative leadership, and external partners to build and support the growth of outpatient private pay practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Behavioral Health or related field is required
3-5 years of management experience in an outpatient healthcare setting is required
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Knowledge of behavioral health regulations, billing, and compliance
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and data analytics tools

Master's degree preferred
Behavioral health experience is strongly preferred
