Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong commercial banking relationships
Underwrite and analyze financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and tax returns
Manage a high-quality loan portfolio while ensuring sound credit and risk practices
Structure and present loan requests to credit officers or loan committee
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate loan processing
Proactively identify opportunities for portfolio growth and cross-selling additional services
Represent the bank at community and business events
Qualification
Required
More than 4 years of experience as a Commercial Loan Officer, Business Banker, or Commercial Lender
Strong commercial credit analysis and loan structuring skills
Demonstrated track record of business development and portfolio growth
Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
