Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for existing clients needing roof maintenance or service
Answer calls and emails regarding leaks, repairs, warranty work, and routine maintenance
Document service requests clearly and accurately
Provide updates on scheduling, technician arrival times, and job progress
Maintain strong, positive relationships with long‐term clients
Create and manage work orders for maintenance and repair jobs
Schedule field crews or subcontractors based on job type and urgency
Track each job from initial request through completion
Follow up with technicians to confirm work is completed and documented
Ensure maintenance plans and service agreements are followed correctly
Prepare invoices for completed maintenance and repair work
Verify materials, labor hours, and job notes before billing
Communicate with clients about billing questions or adjustments
Maintain accurate records of service history, warranties, and maintenance schedules

Qualification

Customer service experienceCRM software proficiencyScheduling software familiarityOrganizational skillsRoofing systemsCommunication skills

Required

Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple service requests and prioritize urgent issues
Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software
Basic understanding of roofing systems or willingness to learn

Preferred

Experience in customer service, dispatching, or office coordination (roofing or construction preferred)
