Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of the company’s first flagship product, from early concept through launch and iteration
Act as the execution counterpart to the founding technical leader, ensuring engineering, data, and product efforts stay aligned
Define and run project management frameworks suitable for a fast-moving seed-stage startup (not heavyweight enterprise process)
Break down complex ML-driven and data-heavy initiatives into clear milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans
Coordinate across engineering, product, and external stakeholders including builders, contractors, and field teams
Support early POC and prototype development using vibe coding, low-code tools, and rapid experimentation approaches
Establish early operating rhythms: sprint planning, prioritisation, delivery reviews, and feedback loops
Help shape how the company scales delivery from Seed through Series A

Required

Proven experience launching a flagship product from scratch, ideally in a startup or zero-to-one environment
Strong background in project, program, or delivery leadership within tech-enabled products
Comfort working alongside highly technical teams (ML, data, engineering) — without needing to be deeply hands-on technically
Ability to translate ambiguous, cutting-edge ideas into clear execution plans
Strong communication skills — able to align founders, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with POC design, rapid prototyping, or 'vibe coding' to validate ideas quickly
Confidence working with real-world operators (construction, infrastructure, industrial domains a plus)
