They are seeking an Outbound Business Development Contractor who will run outbound email campaigns, build prospect lists, and generate warm conversations to book intro calls with potential clients.

Responsibilities
Run outbound email campaigns through Apollo
Build and refine targeted prospect lists
Personalize messaging and test sequences
Identify potential hiring needs and generate warm conversations
Book intro calls between prospects and the founder
Track outreach activity and results inside our system
Receive hands-on coaching to improve strategy, targeting, and messaging
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR, cold outreach, or lead generation
Strong communication and writing skills
Comfort with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, SalesLoft, Outreach, or similar
Ability to work independently and hit reasonable activity targets
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. as a 1099 contractor
Preferred
Experienced in outbound sales, BDR/SDR work, appointment setting, or lead generation
Resilient, energetic, and metrics-driven
Strong with written communication
Analytical about messaging and targeting
Comfortable working autonomously
Entrepreneurial and motivated by upside
