Responsibilities
Provide litigation support for attorneys handling complex employment matters
Draft legal documents, assist with discovery, organize case files, and maintain calendaring
Communicate with clients and third parties in a professional and timely manner
Assist in trial preparation and case management from inception to resolution
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in employment law or civil litigation
Strong organizational and communication skills; capable of working independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, but not required
