Responsibilities
Prepare sophisticated financial analyses of profitability (type of service, Department, Practice Group, office, client/matter) using established and new, creative approaches
Recommend enhancements to Firm profitability by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs)
Work concurrently with supervisor to design and automate financial reports and dashboards that provide stakeholders with insightful data to help understand and grow their business
Analyze firm performance against available data for peer firms and understand the market trends to assist in the annual rate-setting process
Work closely with and serve as back-up to the Pricing Support team to help maintain matter performance models for pricing proposals
Assist with implementing the new profitability reporting software to support monthly and periodic reporting
Participate in software upgrades, leading selected work streams for testing and verifying financial information in financial reporting
Qualification
Required
