Coordinate across US banking team and nearshore functional teams
Manage daily operations across 6 time zones
Implement time tracking and project management systems
Build workflows and operational playbooks
Optimize processes and eliminate bottlenecks
Partner with AI Specialist on automation
Oversee nearshore team performance and development
Manage vendor relationships (recruiting, IT, benefits)
Handle contracts, insurance, HR administration
Analyze time tracking data for capacity planning
Generate project profitability reports
Recommend hiring and process improvements
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of operations experience in professional services (e.g., consulting, banking, law)
Proven experience managing remote/international teams
Strong project management and organizational skills
Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
Preferred
Healthcare or financial services background
Investment banking or M&A operations experience
Familiarity with HubSpot, MS Planner, Harvest, or similar tools
Experience with nearshore/offshore team management
