Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently manage assignments and communicate effectively
Courtroom experience preferred
Substantive trial-preparation experience, including case management, motion practice, depositions, and strategic development of litigation matters
Experience working with ediscovery platforms and litigation support tools
Excellent interpersonal skills, organization, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic
Active license to practice law in the State of Texas
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2-4+ years of experience as a Litigation Attorney
Substantive trial-preparation experience, including case management, motion practice, depositions, and strategic development of litigation matters
Experience working with ediscovery platforms and litigation support tools
Excellent interpersonal skills, organization, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic
Active license to practice law in the State of Texas
