Responsibilities
Operate SMT equipment including solder paste printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens
Load components, feeders, and materials according to production schedules
Start, stop, and monitor machines to ensure proper operation
Inspect PCBs during and after production for visible defects
Report machine faults, defects, and production issues to supervisors or technicians
Perform basic machine adjustments and routine cleaning
Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow ESD and safety procedures at all times
Qualification
Required
Experience operating SMT or PCB assembly equipment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Familiarity with PCB components and part identification
Knowledge of quality inspection standards
Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
Basic computer or touchscreen operation skills
Preferred
Understanding of electronics manufacturing
