(Korean Bilingual) Sales Manager
Harmonious Hiring LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with logistics and international freight forwarding expertise to lead sales growth and customer relationship management. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, developing strategic sales initiatives, and collaborating with vendors, partners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality logistics solutions.

Responsibilities
Develop new customer accounts and expand existing business relationships
Lead sales activities including planning, budgeting, and performance reporting
Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to coordinate shipment setups
Prepare and deliver customer presentations and proposals
Monitor sales progress and provide weekly status reports on active projects
Analyze the logistics market and industry trends to identify opportunities
Support the bid phase by providing shipping estimates, pricing strategies, and cost forecasts
Lead sales projects and manage end-to-end customer engagement
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in logistics, international transport, freight forwarding, or project logistics
Strong customer management skills with ability to respond quickly and effectively
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global business environment
Strong multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel as needed and flexibility with working hours (including short-notice travel)
Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
