Responsibilities

Advise and represent clients in a wide range of employment matters in California
Handle wage-and-hour class actions, PAGA class actions, single-plaintiff litigation, and claims involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
Support matters involving non-compete, trade secret, and traditional labor issues (experience in these areas a plus)
Draft and analyze motions, briefs, and pleadings with strong attention to detail
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on litigation strategy and client counseling

Qualification

Employment law experienceLitigation experienceCalifornia Bar admissionAnalytical skillsWriting skills

Required

1–2 years of employment law experience with a focus on litigation and counseling
Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and analytical skills
California Bar admission required and in good standing
Proven ability to succeed in high-pressure, fast-paced work environments
