Information Technology
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to 5–6 patients with medical or surgical conditions
Administer medications, monitor telemetry, and provide post-operative care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Float between Med Surg and PCU units as needed
Maintain accurate electronic documentation using Meditech
Qualification
Required
Active AZ RN License (or compact license)
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
EKG competency
Willingness to work weekends and variable shifts
Must complete a De-escalation Techniques course within 6 months of hire
ASN, BSN, or MSN required
