Paralegal Certification, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
Litigation experience required
Experience in Workers' Compensation is highly desired
Experienced in utilizing the New Jersey Worker’s Compensation filing systems is highly desired
Must be skilled in Outlook, Word, Excel, Lexis Research and Adobe Pro
Familiarity with NetDocs and Time Matters, a plus
Qualification
Required
