3+ years expLHH is seeking a motivated Lead Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical leadership for machine programming across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role focuses on driving efficiency, standardizing programming practices, and supporting automation and capital projects.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of programmers across several sites
Develop and enforce programming standards and documentation
Oversee CNC programming for accuracy and efficiency
Support equipment installations, automation initiatives, and capital projects
Collaborate with engineers and operators to resolve manufacturing issues
Maintain version control, optimize toolpaths, and manage post-processors
Provide training on new equipment and processes
Translate engineering drawings into machine-readable formats
Continuously improve programming for speed, accuracy, and material usage
Qualification
Required
3+ years of CNC programming experience; multi-axis programming preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAM software
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering
Preferred
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools is a plus
