Responsibilities
Lead the company in building brand recognition and driving business growth
Manage your own patient caseload and perform procedures in an ambulatory surgical center
Provide oversight and guidance to the clinical department to ensure services meet accepted practice standards and comply with federal and state guidelines
Develop the structure and organization of the clinical staff
Ensure adequate staffing levels with proper training
Implement practice policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with staff to establish treatment plans for patients across multiple disciplines
Review medical histories and perform physical, neurological, and orthopedic examinations
Provide feedback to rehabilitation directors, physical therapists, and chiropractors regarding treatment plans and diagnoses
Participate in facility operations, services, trainings, and meetings
Review patient charts to ensure patients are receiving appropriate care and prepare necessary reports
Mentor medical providers by performing case studies, chart reviews, and in-service trainings
Review applications for new medical providers joining the practice
Qualification
Required
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school with a pain fellowship
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a practicing physician
Strong background in pain management
Valid New Jersey medical license
Current DEA certification
