Mid, Senior LevelAlpha is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to support their team and clients in the media and entertainment sector. This role involves presales technical design, solution architecture, and onsite integration activities, requiring a blend of technical expertise and consultative skills.

Responsibilities
Partner with sales and clients to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and production workflows
Design end-to-end workflow solutions for broadcast, production, and post-production environments, including IP-based and hybrid infrastructures
Define system architecture, workflow functions and requirements, and any necessary supporting technical documentation
Develop accurate BOMs, statements of work, and technical proposals
Support client presentations, demos, and technical discussions as a subject-matter expert
Participate in onsite system installation, integration, testing, and commissioning as needed
Configure and validate hardware, software, and networked systems
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, technicians and vendors to ensure successful project delivery
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment and handoff
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle
Work closely with internal engineering, sales, and operations teams to ensure solutions meet both technical and business goals
Provide technical guidance, best practices, and workflow optimization recommendations
Provide technical support escalation for Service and Support teams as Tier 2 support when required
Stay current with emerging technologies, standards, and trends in broadcast and media production
Contribute to internal standards, design templates, and best practices
Assist with knowledge sharing and mentoring within the technical team
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in media and entertainment systems integration, broadcast engineering, or production technology
Strong knowledge of broadcast, production, and post-production workflows
Experience with IP-based video, audio, control systems, storage, and media asset management workflows
Ability to balance presales design responsibilities with hands-on technical work
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Willingness to travel for onsite client engagements as needed
