Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new offerings
Enter data accurately into our systems, maintaining detailed records of interactions and transactions
Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and offering suitable products or services
Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences
Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall client satisfaction
Proactively handle system alerts to prevent potential policy issues
