Responsibilities
Ensure all teams operate in compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements
Lead and supervise teams of quality inspectors
Set up projects and act as the primary point of contact for customer needs
Develop work instructions and train inspectors on inspection procedures
Perform hands-on inspection of parts as required
Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate job requirements clearly
Serve as interim leader when the Project Supervisor is unavailable
Ensure team members have proper tools, equipment, and gauges
Complete all required documentation and reporting
Participate in ongoing training and development
Follow company policies and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership, flexibility, and adaptability
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
Positive attitude and self-motivated work ethic
Excellent communication and team-building skills
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection preferred (not required)
