Responsibilities
Dive into sophisticated commercial litigation matters from day one
Conduct in-depth legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw
Draft clear, compelling pleadings, motions, and other key legal documents
Work closely with senior attorneys to prepare for hearings, depositions, and trial
Communicate with clients and opposing counsel with professionalism and confidence
Contribute to settlement strategies and negotiations
Own your cases: manage files, track deadlines, and ensure legal compliance
Qualification
Required
Current Litigation Associate (minimum 2yrs experience)
Stellar academic credentials from a top law school
Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism
Confidence in handling client-facing responsibilities and significant work product
Absolute discretion with confidential and sensitive information
