Responsibilities
Represent clients in workers' compensation defense cases
Conduct depositions of applicants and attend MSCs and lien conferences
Analyze AME and PQME reports using the California rating system
Draft motions, pleadings, and maintain thorough case documentation
Appear at hearings and support case resolution strategy
Grow under the guidance of supportive partners and transition into independent case management
Qualification
Required
A California-licensed attorney with at least 1 year of Workers' Compensation defense experience
Familiar with AME/PQME evaluations and California disability ratings
Comfortable with A1 software or willing to learn quickly
Committed to an in-office schedule for the first 3–6 months before transitioning to hybrid
Professional, organized, and eager to be part of a team that values people and performance
Benefits
