Responsibilities
Lead and manage quality, performance improvement, and risk initiatives
Oversee regulatory compliance across the organization
Supervise and support department personnel and operations
Develop and maintain budgets for assigned departments
Serve as the liaison for safety, ethics, and compliance issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Current professional license in respective healthcare field
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
CPHRM (Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management) and CPPS (Certified Professional in Patient Safety) required or must be obtained within 2 years of hire
Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience
Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Preferred
Master's Degree
clinical experience preferred
Minimum 2 years of clinical risk management experience preferred
Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
