Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and mentor technologists and nurses
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Manage all aspects of departmental operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of clinical and administrative workflows
Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure patient safety and compliance with regulatory standards
Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and procurement of imaging equipment
Ensure optimal functionality of imaging systems, including PACS
Work closely with interventional radiologists and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and practice efficiency
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in a healthcare setting
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) registration in good standing
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered
Hands-on experience in radiology preferred
Knowledge of interventional radiology procedures, imaging equipment, and PACS systems is a plus
